Stan Ashemore is the founder and owner of Best Practices Sales & Marketing Academy, an innovative company that focuses on sharpening the skills and profitability of sales professionals and small businesses owners.
Stan’s extensive experience includes more than 30 years in sales and senior management as finance manager, sales manager, general sales manager and director of new business development. Stan has been responsible for selecting, training and motivating sales professionals as well as developing successful sales training programs. He is also experienced in marketing and negotiation training and has consistently been instrumental in increasing the sales and profitability of his clients. Stan’s clients include automotive, wireless communications, colleges, universities, architectural, engineering, law and subscription sales, just to name a few. He’s been a columnist for The Virginian-Pilot, Inside Business news journal and the Greenville, South Carolina Business Journal. Stan has been awarded the Sales and Marketing Distinguished Sales Award, Salesperson of the Year Award and the Council of Sales Leadership Bronze Medal.
